If the cart you’re looking at can’t make at least 45-50 drinks per hour, there’s no chance they’ll be able to keep up with the long lines that form when people flood out after the ceremony. Our baristas are trained to output up to 60 drinks per hour to keep the line moving at all times.
Non-Coffee Options
Not everyone who attends your wedding will want coffee. The best way to show you care is to have options for those who don’t. We include chai lattes for no extra charge so that ALL of your guests are taken care of.
Taste/Quality
This one can be tough to gauge but SO important. If you have a chance to try their coffee at an expo or open house that’s fantastic! If not, there’s no harm in reaching out and asking if you can meet with them to sample their coffee. That first sip you take should be heavenly. Not bitter. What do you need from the venue?
Any professional coffee cart should be fully self-sufficient except for power (you don’t want a loud generator running while the father of the bride is giving his speech). They should provide ice, cups, flavors, water, etc. All a good coffee caterer should ask for is a power outlet to keep their equipment running smoothly.
Where do you source your beans?
The quality of coffee is a tell-tale sign of the quality of service you will likely receive. We source our beans from a high-quality local roaster, Pearland Coffee Roasters, specifically because they are our absolute favorite beans in Houston. Bonus: If their roaster is in Houston, you can try the coffee straight from the source!
How many drinks can you serve per hour?
At least 45. If it’s less, think about the lines!
Can you serve outdoors?
Most coffee carts can serve outdoors, but it never hurts to ask. We serve outside, as long as the forecast is clear and the temperature is between 40 and 90 degrees, so our equipment functions properly.

🚩 Their espresso machine is a breville 🙊 (IYKYK). Great for home use, not for serving 100+ of your closest friends and family on the most important day of your life.
🚩 Less than 5-stars on google. Luxury services should never miss.
🚩 Inconsistent communication/slow to quote. If they ghost you now, what will they do when you’re texting them the week before your wedding to see if they’re still coming?
